PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. Due to import/export duties, regulations, tariffs and the perishable nature of our products we can not ship outside the continental U.S.. Currently, we can not accept orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other U.S. territories.

PLEASE NOTE: We guarantee delivery to the address provided, so please enter the correct information carefully. Please be advised we are not responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO/FPO Boxes. We do not recommend shipping to a business address. Should you elect to use a business shipping address, Wild Icelandic is not responsible for perishable products that arrive defrosted or spoiled and/or are misrouted through business mailrooms.

When making Gift orders or designating shipment to an address different from the billing address – please make sure that the recipient will be available for delivery. Any incorrect addresses on an order will void any possibility of a guarantee so please be sure to double check your order prior to submitting. We do not refund or credit a refused or returned order. Delivery dates will be estimated by the carrier. This may not be the exact delivery date of the package.

Now the DO's

Wild Icelandic items are perishable so we use UPS Domestic shipping. We use custom designed insulated shipping boxes with refrigerated gel-packs to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition for non-refrigerated transit.

We strongly recommend that someone is available to receive delivery. Signatures not required for delivery.

Shipments are processed for departure Monday - Wednesday for delivery Tuesday - Friday this in conjunction with the shipping option you select at checkout. Choices of shipping services are limited to what provides the best possible condition of your shipment. You may select UPS Ground (LIMITED AREA; 1-2 business days based on distance to the destination), UPS Next Day Air (next-business-day), UPS 2nd Day Air (Second-business-day). The goal of these options is that our product is never more than 48 hours in non-refrigerated transit.

Orders are processed and shipped either the same or next business day of receipt. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Wednesdays will ship the following week. All orders will ship: Monday – Wednesday. The perishable nature of our items does not allow us to ship over the weekend for Monday delivery.

UPS Ground Delivery is a prompt, dependable and cost-effective way to ship your purchase. We only allow UPS Ground Delivery Service shipments to those states with a transit time of 1-2 days. UPS Ground shipment dates will be determined upon review of the UPS estimated transit times determined by delivery location. Generally shipments in the Northeast have one day transit times; this may include Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and possibly Maine.

UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air are the next alternative choices to ensure the best possible delivery within 2 days when your order is shipped. UPS 2nd Day Air generally works for anything west of the Mississippi. If shipping to a business, deliveries typically arrive earlier in the day. Charges are calculated at checkout.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. When you order ships, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking information.

Holiday/Weather Delivery -
Wild Icelandic will strive to fulfill every order to your satisfaction, but inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected. Please plan ahead and order early. We may sell out of a desired item during a holiday season.  Order as early as possible to ensure product availability.

Please remember the weather conditions are sometimes outside of our shipper's control, therefore your shipment may experience delays during these events. We simply cannot control the weather, but we do reserve the right to hold your shipment if we believe weather will negatively impact the condition of the shipment. We will contact you in this situation arrises.

Food Quality & Safety -
Our products are served in some of the finest restaurants in the US. and around the world. We work diligently to maintain the highest standard of quality and food safety.

Each product is individually vacuum sealed to remain fresh in your freezer for up to 12 months. Your order will be packed with the appropriate cooling materials to ensure it arrives in optimal condition. Your shipment should be frozen upon arrival, however in the event that it is not frozen, quality will be maintained as long as the product is cool to the touch. If you do not plan to use the products within 1 to 2 days after delivery, freeze it to ensure the highest quality. Products may be thawed upon arrival, but are safe to use and can be refrozen if they are cool to the touch. Simply put in the refrigerator for immediate use or in the freezer to use at your convenience.

When you are ready to use the product, we strongly suggest thawing the item naturally by placing it in a refrigerator until unfrozen, generally 24 to 72 hours. Thawing our product by immersing it in water, putting it in the microwave or by any other accelerated means will greatly increase the chance of deterioration in the quality of a the product.
