In the Spring of 2015 Wild Icelandic was absolutely thrilled to have been hosted by Executive Chef Jason Saunders for a special "Lamb + Libation" event at Prime-Saratoga National.
Jason and the entire staff at Prime did an outstanding job preparing a unique and imaginative five course dinner. Each course featuring our Wild Icelandic Lamb.
